We are unsure if the cert is not renewing due to cloudflare or not.

Was the site working with SSL prior to adding it to Cloudflare?

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Go to volzpiano.com and see the cert is expired and no https

That is the certificate on your origin server so you need to get that updated.

Currently your DNS records are set to “DNS only” so requests are going direct to your origin and not through Cloudflare…

When you have fixed the SSL certificate on your server, you can proxy the DNS records and then change…

…to “Full (strict)” so your site is properly secured behind Cloudflare.
