SSL Certificate's thumbprint keeps changing?

It appears that the edge SSL cert’s thumbprint keeps changing. This is causing issues for one of our clients. We have tried both universal SSL and dedicated.

What’s going on? Can this be prevented? What are my options if we want to have a stable certificate?

Within which periods?

The schedule is inconsistent / we don’t have a lot of data right now. However we switched to Dedicated SSL yesterday - the client updated their system with the new cert at 8:38am today, and by 9:30am it had changed.

Can you post the domain in question? Maybe also open a support ticket.
