SSL certificate without access for website

What is the name of the domain?

woodkey.com.ua

What is the error number?

1010

What is the error message?

Failed to validate requested hostname *.woodkey.com.ua: This zone is either not part of your account, or you do not have access to it. Please contact support if using a multi-user organization.

What is the issue you’re encountering

I can’t move the site to the server because I can’t create a new SSL certificate. The problem is that the previous SSL certificate was created by another person who was working on the site, and I don’t have access to it. And because the SSL certificate already exists, I can’t create a new one, but I also can’t find access to the old (current) certificate. Can I unlink the current certificate on the domain owner’s behalf for further deployment of the project?

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Creating certificates on several services. Each of them gives the same error

Was the site working with SSL prior to adding it to Cloudflare?

No

What is the current SSL/TLS setting?

Off

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Try to simply create a new ssl certificate using this domain woodkey.com.ua

Greetings,

Thank you for asking.

Checking the WHOIS for your domain name, it seems like your domain name isn’t using the assigned Cloudflare nameservers for your Cloudflare account:

nserver: ns10.uadns.com
nserver: ns11.uadns.com
nserver: ns12.uadns.com

Kindly, double-check with your domain registrar and point your domain name to the assigned Cloudflare nameservers only. Only after that step you’d be able to create an Origin Certificate for your zone and use on your server/origin host.
