SSL certificate still not issued

I had deleted my WordPress site and reset my Cpanel. I did same in Cloudflare. Deleted the added website and added the website again. After being 24 hours the SSL certificate is still not issued while I can see message It may take 24 Hours under SSL/TLS app. Should I make a new account and add the website? Will it help anyway?

No. It’s best to open a support ticket and see if they can re-start the process: login to Cloudflare and then contact Cloudflare Support.
