SSL Certificate still authorizing - it's been a week now!

Which has been marked closed twice now? The status is still authorizing?? What am I doing wrong here?

This probably needs an escalation by @ryan or @cs-cf. What I can suggest you is maybe try canceling the certificate (disable Universal SSL) and then re-enable it after a couple of hours.

Ok, tried that, and the same thing unfortunately.

Still no real reply from Support? Maybe @ryan can poke around.

No nothing since @justinw (?) closed the ticket.

Then you really have to wait for @ryan, really sorry :frowning_face:
