SSL Certificate still authorizing - it's been a week now!

Which has been marked closed twice now? The status is still authorizing?? What am I doing wrong here?

This probably needs an escalation by @ryan or @cscharff. What I can suggest you is maybe try canceling the certificate (disable Universal SSL) and then re-enable it after a couple of hours.

Thanks for the response, have disabled Universal SSL… let’s see how this goes!
