When installing the ssl certificate, when loading the site, it redirects to sites I don’t understand. How to explain it?

Your site appears to be compromised. You should pause Cloudflare and see if the redirection continues. I expect that it will. With Cloudflare paused, you should work with your host to resolve any unauthorized changes and secure origin server access. Once that has been resolved, you can re-enable Cloudflare.
In the unlikely event that the unauthorized redirects stop when Cloudflare is paused, you should take steps to secure and investigate your Cloudflare account.
