SSL Certificate not issued still Authorizing?

Hello Cloudflare Team,
I active Cloudflare one week ago but ssl certificate is not issued.

Encrypt communication to and from your website using SSL.

It may take up to 24 hours after the site becomes active on Cloudflare for new certificates to issue.

Status Authorizing Certificate

now i have resume the Cloudflare because when i active this site is not open…please solve my problem…thanks
