SSL Certificate is revoked, how to fix?

I actually have a ticket ( open from yesterday, but haven’t gotten a response.

According to SSL labs, the certificate is revoked.

What do?

I’m seeing inconsistent results on my end, so I’m going to need to escalate this. Look for a reply on your support ticket.

Any idea on what the problem was in the first place?

As you say, it was weirdly inconsistent—for example, worked fine in Chrome on the Mac (maybe cached data?).


That was what we believe to be the case. Testing in different browsers had different results. It’s unclear why the :cert: was revoked, but all should be good now.
