SSL Certificate is installed and active. But https is still not working

My website is www.naijahealthtalk.com.
I have registered for Cloudflare and changed the nameservers. My certificate status is active.
I’ve set “Always use HTTPS” to yes. But I am not getting HTTPS on my site. It shows that the connection is not secure.

Please help!
