That’s correct, but irrelevant. Cloudflare Origin certificates are only used between your server and Cloudflare, so browser should never encounter it.

If you want to use the Origin certificate, you need to change the DNS record for your subdomain from DNS-Only to Proxied.

Make sure that you are using the Full (Strict) SSL mode on Cloudflare before you do that.

I tried that but it would open another website that we don’t want
it will open ksa.talentera.com instead careers.orangebedbath.com

Please check Page Rules, Redirect Rules and Bulk Redirects on Cloudflare. It seems you have created the Redirect in your Cloudflare account, so you must delete it if you no longer need it.

ok we did delete two page rules and deactivate one

Looks like it’s working now.

Yes , Thank you cloudflare

I need to ask about revoking these , as we don’t use them anymore ( especially the subscription ) if we cancel subscription would main domain encounter any issue ?

Generally, no. There are a few special cases where people need ACM, but these don’t apply to most sites.
I would still recommend to check if anyone at your company knows why you enabled ACM in the first place.

As for revoking the other certificates, just make sure you’re not using them anymore.
