SSL Certificate for old mobiles?

Dear all,
I want to install the 20 $ version of Cloudflare on my website tomorrow. I have seen that I need to use cloudflares SSL certificate with that license. Does anybody know, if my website is also being shown on old mobiles with this Cloudflare certificate?
With a free lets encrypt I had the problems in the past, that on old mobiles it showed a “warning” message when opening my page.

If you have Cloudflare enabled you are using their SSL config free or pro plan.

The best that you can do is to set the lower TLS version possible.

Phone must be really old, to be incompatible.
