The custom hostname SSL Certificate is from our server, instead of cloudflare one

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Create Custom Hostname
Configure Custom Hostname DNS for domain and SSL validation
Wait until Cloudflare validates both, domain and ssl certificate

Seems like Cloudflare Proxy is not working
