SSL Certificate error with Network Solutions

Hi, we have our SSL certificate with Network Solutions for our site Actually, the certificate covers and * While we can access our site, SSL errors are causing problems. Additionally, we can NOT access which gives error 526. I noticed the origin certificate in our Cloudflare account is present and “looks” correct, but we can’t figure out what’s wrong. Can someone assist? Thanks, Wayne

Your certificate probably expired and you need to renew it.

Here’s the strange thing. Network Solutions just renewed our certificate last Wednesday, April 19th! Is there someway to have Cloudflare dashboard recheck this?

Hmm, there’s no SSL configuration and on HTTP the server returns a 403.

I’d keep it paused and talk to the host.

Okay. It seems Network Solutions added a DNS CNAME for verifying our SSL certificate with They did not inform anyone who had already changed their nameservers elsewhere, such as to Cloudflare. Adding this new DNS CNAME entry fixed the problem. However, my question is, should this new CNAME record be proxied or not?

Any verification entries should be unproxied.

And verify that your encryption mode is Full Strict, otherwise your site would be still without encryption.
