I can’t see any DNS records for your domain or www so not sure what the site is, but from your screenshot it appears you are using a Cloudflare origin certificate. That is only trusted by Cloudflare so needs to be used through the proxy…

Thank you for your reply. the Application is internally hosted. should be a DNS record for that? and what should be the settings i should have please? Thanks.

If hosted internally using private IP addresses, then there’s nothing you can do. Use of this certificate requires proxied DNS records if you don’t want the warning. Use a certificate from LetsEncrypt instead.
