Hi @passiononline819 it looks like the nameservers were just confirmed today and universal ssl was on, then off, now on for a bit less than a day. I’d leave it on and check it in a few hours. @score.generator, support diagnosed the issue and just sent directions to delete DNS records and disable and then enable universal ssl.
I show that certificate as active, Support sent details on next steps to you.
Hello, been waiting for over 24 hours now & it is still authorizing.

Might be because i deleted and remade the site on Cloudflare cause i switch my ip & diff server, so i had to remake to have the correct dns entries. Was issued the SSL before but now its stuck after i remade the site on Cloudflare.
Hello,
Been waiting for over 24 hours for SSL to become active. Currently showing as: Authorizing Certificate
We’re currently bypassing Cloudflare until this is resolved.
Please advise.
Thanks!
I’d also like to add that this is a Free account and we signed up directly. And we do not have an open support ticket at this time.
The please do so as mentioned in the first post.
Yes, it is working now, thank you for your help!
It will take about 24 hours from whatever time yesterday you pointed the name servers to Cloudflare for the certificate to issue.
Once the issue Customer Support pointed out is cleared, let the team know in order to re-order the certificate.
Hello everyone.
My problem is still not solved. What can I do about it ?!
I can not wait anymore((
Hi all,
I am not sure if it is the way that I am verifying sites that is an issue. I have found that most site I have added via the API and then tried to validate have taken more than 24 hours to validate for a universal SSL.
I have got a site that is on a Pro account rather than free. The site and its subdomains were created via the API, I have also ran the relevant curl command before and after adding the required .txt file. I have a root domain and two subdomains, currently only 1 of the subdomains should validate correctly.
I am just trying to work out whether it is something I am doing that delays the process or if the service is this slow for everyone.
I am not trying to bypass support but trying to ensure that I can get the process working correctly, as we have found the SSL generation to be the part of the process that brings the most pain with it.
Many thanks for any help or advice
I am also facing this issue please help me
