Your DNS record is not proxied, so you won’t be using Cloudflare’s Universal SSL.

The certificate on your origin doesn’t cover your domain which is the reason for the error…

* SSL connection using TLSv1.2 / ECDHE-RSA-AES128-GCM-SHA256
* ALPN, server accepted to use http/1.1
* Server certificate:
*  subject:
*  start date: Apr 29 13:44:26 2024 GMT
*  expire date: Jul 28 13:44:25 2024 GMT
*  issuer: C=US; O=Let's Encrypt; CN=R3
* SSL certificate verify result: unable to get local issuer certificate (20), continuing anyway.
* TLSv1.2 (OUT), TLS header, Supplemental data (23):
> HEAD / HTTP/1.1
> Host:
> User-Agent: curl/7.81.0
> Accept: */*

You need to get a certificate that covers your domain (and any subdomains, or wildcard) installed on your server. You can get one from LetsEncrypt or, if you plan to use the Cloudflare proxy, a Cloudflare origin certificate.

If you plan to enable the proxy once that is fixed, ensure your SSL/TLS is set to “Full (strict)” here…

Please could you advise on the steps to use the Cloudflare proxy

Do not enable the proxy until your origin SSL certificate is fixed or you will see Cloudflare error pages, or worse, have an insecure setup.

Please could you assist with a step by step guide for the SSL Certificate as we are new to this

We require the website to be up by the end of the day

Thank you

You would have to check with your web host, as it looks like they do not have the correct SSL certificate for your website.

Once your web host has fixed the server certificate issue, please let us know, and we can provide Next Steps.
