Could below post help you too?
Yes, I solved the problem.
How?
I tried to talk to Virus Total but they referred me to individual vendors who were giving me the “suspicious” warnings. I emailed them all (there were 3) but nobody responded. After waiting for a few days I deleted the domain from Cliudflare and set it up again on a different account. However, the problem persisted, which was not surprising, because this was the third time I was moving this domain to a new account hoping it would solve the problem, but it never …
Related topic as well the same issue was here:
Something happened with SSL, and now my Universal certificate is pending validation, but errored out, because one vendor marked it as malicious, although there was nothing extraordinary on my site. I already contacted that vendor, but haven’t got an answer from them yet. Meanwhile I spotted that my SSL certificate vendor is DigiCert, although it seems that Cloudflare has deprecated them. How do I transfer myself to Letsencrypt certificates or complete the validation?
I’m not interested in paying to resolve what should be a non-issue
I have messaged all of the individual sites that have decided to make my site as malicious, but I still don’t get why this happened. I’ve owned this domain for two years. These false positives have been there for those two years. Why is it only just now a problem. It’s frankly ridiculous, cloudflare is practically holding my domain hostage unless I decide to just bypass cloudflare and put my own servers at risk.
