On my Cloudflare account, it shows SSL account is active but I cant able to access https://, still, it shows…

Sounds like a cached value on your end. I see the site fine with HTTPS with the Cloudflare certificate.

what should I do with the cached?

Either wait for them to clear, or clear your browser cache (and probably your DNS cache) as well.

I already did my browser and dns using ipconfig /flushdns but still the same

Your nameserver still has the previous IP address. There is not much you can (save for switching to another nameserver). Just wait until the value expires for it and then try again. I’d say wait something like six hours.

I used really siple ssl and debug the issue
