@Abe.Mo, you could also try to open a ticket, but I presume you are on the free plan, so the ticket would be closed and need to be manually reopened. I guess Simon will be faster, but you can still try the ticket too.

Thanks @sandro - indeed this is a digicert renewal that was stuck, I have fixed it for you now, @Abe.Mo The cert will issue shortly - you can check the progress by looking at:
