SSL - Authorizing Certificate more than 2 days

Hello, its been about 2 days since we added the site to Cloudflare and we chose Full as the SSL option.
Our site is with a server provider that gives free SSL - the current status is showing as “Authorizing Certificate”

At the moment the site is showing as not secure? Any help would be much appreciated.

i send ticket 1570368 , but not answer

It takes up to 24 hours on free plans for the certificate to be issued and deployed.

im waiting more than 2 days, but still Authorizing .
