I built my website and requested my SSL certificate but the site is still not showing secure. I don’t know how to check my account or if it is live yet. Can anyone help please?
Was your site secure with SSL before you added it to Cloudflare?

domain is stokekent-pc.gov.uk and no it wasn’t secure.
It needs to be secure before you add it to Cloudflare.
Currently, though, it is not using Cloudflare. It’s using netzoomi name servers and points directly to hugofox.
Oh! I contacted Hugo Fox when I discovered that it was not secure and they sent me a link to yourselves. I had hoped this was my solution
Sorry for a late response I have been a bit busy. I am very confused as I thought I had done this correctly.

I’m not sure why they would send you to Cloudflare to fix a site they host that doesn’t work.
Before you add a site to Cloudflare, it needs to be working with your URL and HTTPS.
