Hi I have joined Cloudflare and have an active ssl cert but I am still seeing insecure site on my website vervebeauty.com.au This is a wordpress site and I have installed the Cloudflare plugin with api and everything looks ok. If i try https://www.vervebeauty.com.au I get a requested URL is not found plus “404 error when trying to use an error document to handle the request” Can somebody please advise on what to do next.
SSL is working for me and Chrome shows a valid Cloudflare certificate. This one is probably a cache issue with your browser. Clear the Browser cache and try again.
That 404 is presented by your webserver which seems not to be properly configured or you didn’t put your files into the www root folder.
You can ignore the missing error document for now. It’s location is unknown to your webserver or there are no default or customized error documents available at all. That’s fine.
