I have followed all instructions and successfully activated the SSL. I have the site secured, however, I got this message when attempting to load the site: Future home of something quite cool. I also cannot enter the WP dashboard. The site is bulgarianplates.com.

I am afraid you did not. You have a certificate on Cloudflare but nothing on your server, which means you still have an insecure, unencrypted site. You will need to configure a valid certificate on your server first.
I’d highly recommend to use the search (something which is even mentioned when you posted) as that topic comes up every two minutes and I think only twice today already.
