It is a mixed content problem. They suggested that I force direct to HTTPS by modifying the .htaccess file. The problem is that I’m using easy wordpress as namecheap hosting and I don’t have access to .htaccess file. Do you have any suggestions?
They also said that the ssl certificate didn’t match the domain
You could try using the SSL/TLS settings page here where you probably already set “Always Use HTTPS”, but also turn on “Automatic HTTPS Rewrites”
If that doesn’t work, you’ll have to dig in for some harder work.
