If you are connecting to SSH on port 22, your DNS record is proxied and the proxy only supports HTTP/HTTPS traffic (unless using Cloudflare Spectrum).

To SSH to your server you need to either create a subdomain (say ssh) that is set to “DNS only” and use that to connect, SSH to the IP address of your server directly, use Cloudflare Spectrum or use a Cloudflare tunnel…
