SRV records not coming up on lookup

Hi all,

I have a DNS record, below, however when running a search on MXToolbox SuperTool (https://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx) it shows as “DNS Record not found” - any tips on what could cause this?

Protocol TLS
TTL auto
Priority 10
Weight 10
Port 8443
Target sub-domain.example.com

SRV records work for other Cloudflare users.

We can’t offer tips without knowing the actual domain and hostname.

Hi @sdayman yup - that’s exactly how it looks on my end, too!

@sdayman and here’s the result on MXToolbox with it not finding the SRV record:

In that case, I don’t know why it works for my domain, but not yours. Maybe Support can figure it out:
