SRV records cannot be recognized byOffice 365

Hi All, I use Office 365 to host my companies mail server, the DNS of which is controlled by Cloudflare.I am add SRV record for SIP federation service but not recognized by Office 365.

I did this about 2 weeks ago, however for some reason the records still connot be verified by O365 portal, which throws the error message that the SRV records not found or missing.

I opened up a ticket with Microsoft who couldn’t resolve my issue, and suggested that I asked Cloudflare support instead.
