Squarespace won't connect to my domain... been over 5 days

What is the name of the domain?

What is the error number?

none - won’t connect

What is the error message?

Squarespace said all is right in DNS - it’s Cloudflare issue

What is the issue you’re encountering

Won’t connect to my website in Squarespace

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Waited more than 72 hours. Had Squarespace check DNS on Coudfare - all is correctly entered.

What feature, service or problem is this related to?

DNS not responding/updating

Set the DNS records that point to Squarespace to “DNS only” so they can see the unproxied records and validate them. They are currently “Proxied”…

Ok! Thank you so very much. I’m so new to this… so I changed anything with square space in it to DNS only. Is that what you mean, or should I change everything that is proxy to dns only?
