No number

Old URL will not forward to new one

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Here’s a summary of the steps we’ve taken to troubleshoot the issue:
Checked DNS Records in Namecheap: Verified that the nameservers were set to Cloudflare’s.
Reviewed DNS Records in Cloudflare: Ensured that the A record pointed to the GoDaddy IP address and the CNAME record pointed to the new website (www.weeklyvolcano.app).
Removed Conflicting DNS Record: Removed the DNS record pointing to Namecheap’s parking service.
Checked SSL Certificate Status: Noted an SSL error in Cloudflare indicating that the domain was not covered by a TLS certificate.
Verified Domain Removal from Squarespace: Confirmed that the domain was removed from Squarespace, but the “Domain Not Claimed” message persisted.
Reviewed GoDaddy Hosting Configuration: Ensured that the hosting configuration was correct on GoDaddy’s side.
Allowed Time for DNS Propagation: Recognized the need to wait for DNS changes and SSL certificate issuance to propagate fully.

Domain Not Claimed
This domain has been mapped to Squarespace, but it has not yet been claimed by a website. If this is your domain, claim it in the Domains tab of your Website Manager.

You’ve set jo and kristin as nameservers at your registrar. There are 2 pairs of Cloudflare nameservers resolving for your domain, but neither pair match those…

Check which 2 nameservers are showing to be required at the bottom of the DNS page and set them at your registrar. They should be jo and ray or ashton and paislee. Then make sure your domain becomes active in Cloudflare.
