SQLi and difficulties resolving

My site has been undergoing an SQLi attack but when I try and set up “under attack” mode the site goes down. So I tried to set up a JS challenge, but then our google crawlers seem to be blocked and ads don’t work. How can I mitigate the attacks without joepardizing my site or ads?
