SPF records: The number of lookups on your SPF record exceed the allowed limit of 10. This will result in emails failing SPF authentication

Hello Team,

I got the alert from Cloudflare about our spf record, it showed messages as below:

“The number of lookups on your SPF record exceed the allowed limit of 10. This will result in emails failing SPF authentication”.

And result our marketing email sent to clients always go to trash bin.

How do we fix this issue?

That’s not really a Cloudflare issue per se and hence slightly off-topic for the forum here. There’s a number of threads on this, so I’d start with them.

What this basically tells you is to have fewer hostnames in your SPF record. You can either use fewer email services or collapse some values but that all depends heavily on your setup.
