Spf records for g-suite

dns

#1

Hi guys,
can you please help to set up spf records in dns settings, while I am using one hosting, and email from g-suite?

I am using - https://www.mail-tester.com/ for delivery test.

And it says “We found an SPF entry on your server but it has still not been propagated” two times… I can’t get it how to set up the right?

More details:

We found an SPF entry on your server but it has still not been propagated
Sender Policy Framework (SPF) is an email validation system designed to prevent email spam by detecting email spoofing, a common vulnerability, by verifying sender IP addresses.
What we retained as your current SPF record is:

v=spf1 include:spf.efwd.registrar-servers.com ip4:185.104.44.47
We found an SPF entry on your server but it has still not been propagated.
If you recently modified your DNS, please wait a few hours and then test again.

Sender ID is like SPF, but it checks the FROM address, not the bounce address.
What we retained as your current SPF record is:

v=spf1 include:spf.efwd.registrar-servers.com ip4:185.104.44.47
We found an SPF entry on your server but it has still not been propagated.
If you recently modified your DNS, please wait a few hours and then test again.

Please help me if you can, what should I put in cloudflare dns settings for my domain?

Thanks you!
