In my DNS, I have a TXT record for the SPF, which currently has include parameters for my email hosting company and for another CRM company that sends emails on my behalf. Shouldn’t there also be an include parameter for Kartra? Anyone know the server name for outgoing Kartra email?
Kartra is not a Cloudflare product. Have you asked Kartra?
I did ask Kartra. They are closed till Monday and typically don’t respond to tickets for 2-3 days.
If someone here had the answer (Kartra does appear in a community search), it would be helpful.
