What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Our SPF record for our domain lifenews doesn’t appear to be working according to a couple of SPF checkers. Can someone please help?

Our mail host tells us it should be what you see in the bottom of the image.

We have it set as you see at the top of the image.

Can someone please help?

SPF records should usually be at the root/apex of the zone (meaning they should be named example.com if your zone name is example.com). In your screenshot, you have written spf in the Name field, which would make your record’s name spf.example.com. Try putting just @ in the Name field instead.

I put @ in the Name field and it automatically changed to the domain. So does this look right now?
