SPF and DKIM records: Cloudflare or cPanel

Greetings!

I have both HTTP/S and mail traffic going to the same IP address. The mail traffic is “greyed” out in Cloudflare DNS settings, as recommended.

Therefore, when trying to configure SPF and SKIM records… should I be doing that in cPanel or Cloudflare or both?

Cloudflare only, adding record on cpanel is no needed
