speed test not working as we this error and its there since 3 months now

as you see the above error on the file attached in the bottom highlighted
we check everywhere including ask server support but no help… CF support its been 3 months and 5 request but no answer or solution yet .
Sometimes I encounter this, but only when the new domain / Website is being recently added to my Cloudflare account.
Therefore, I wait up for the proper DNS propagation (24 hours), and later on even with my Firewall Rules setup, Bot Fight Mode and other secutiry options available on a Free plan, I did not encounter it ever later again, works fine.
its been 3 months and this website is there for 8 years
Did anything changed at the origin host / server, or Firewall like UFW if using it, or maybe ModSecurity?
Or, is Cloudflare allowed to connect to your origin host / server?

How about Bot Fight Mode option?
Do you have some custom-made Firewall Rules and blocking some ASN, IP or Country?
I hope you do not have the I am under an attack option enabled?
Nevertheless, do you see some events under the Firewall Events tab at Cloudflare dashboard being shown/logged for your domain name?
