Speed Test No Longer Working After Upgrading to Pro

I have just upgraded from free to pro, and while the speed test always worked fine before, it has now suddenly stopped working. I have toggled all the firewall settings to no avail. All others settings remain the same since I was on the free plan. Here is the error I am getting:

May I ask, have tried using a differet Web browser, or a Private Window (Incognito mode), maybe a different device while accessing Cloudflare dashboard and Speed Test?

If it does not work, you might have to contact Cloudflare Support by creating a ticket by:

• Login to Cloudflare and then contact Cloudflare Support by clicking on the Get More Help button.
• Or sending an an e-mail to support[at]cloudflare[dot]com from your e-mail associated with your Cloudflare account?

I can try this, but as it worked fine in the same browser on the free plan before I upgraded, I fail to see how this could be the cause of the issue. I guess I will have to wait for support.
