Speed issue for Hungarian Telekom users (again)

I need to reopen an existing ticket, because it seems that the issue has resurfaced. The link to the original post:

We are experiencing the issue on the Hungarian Telekom network again, (or the be precise, the issue is at Level3 again, but is happening to Telekom users only).
However, this time not all Telekom users experience the issue, only some of them.
Here is a traceroute for one of them:

Their complaint is the same, the web app is loading very slowly. Pictures load like in the good old dialup times.
It seems like the same thing is happening but to a smaller amount of users.
Anyone else experiencing this from the previous commenters? @zsz23 , @tpatriksztg , @marketing94 ?


We are experiencing the same issue. Image loading has been significantly slower for 1-2 days now.
I can confirm that it affects some of Telekom users, not everyone.

Please everyone affected, contact Telekom or Cloudflare to bring more attention to the issue.

Same here since Tuesday. Pretty boring, don’t have time for that, I’d rather turn off proxying…

OK, I’ll guess we’ll wait for 72 hours, and ping the MVP-s and Sandro again.

Same here. My https://walheda.com is kinda hectic. Chrome fails loading pretty often, although Safari works well 99% of the time. That’s from macOS. From Windows the site works well from Chrome. While the IP based access (not through Cloudflare) was working as expected all the time. This issue drove me crazy until my friend called my attention to this thread. When this is so unreliable I am thinking of stop using cloudflare too…
