Speed, CDN and Firewall Rules

I have 3 websites with Cloudways and all are connected to Cloudflare. When I go to the Speed tab, 2 of them work fine. But when I go to the Speed tab with my site www.jerryandgod.com I get this message:

www.jerryandgod.com returned status code 403.

Configure your Firewall Rules to allow the Chrome browser from South Carolina, USA. If the problem persists, contact support.

And not only do I now understand why I have a problem with this one and not the other two, but I have no idea how to configure the Firewall Rules.

Any help would be appreciated greatly. Thanks.

Do you see anything in the Firewall Events Log for the speed test?
