Spectrum use it or lose it?

Any fellow MVP users notice if they have lost access/subscription to Spectrum on their MVP accounts? My MVP Enterplan plan did have Spectrum access but I wasn’t actively using it. But just went to check Spectrum tab and now the subscription/access is gone and in its place is the message:

Get started with a free Spectrum trial. Spectrum is a paid feature, and your Account Manager and/or Customer Success manager will follow up to discuss adding Spectrum to your existing contract. Please contact your account team if you have questions getting started.

I put in a ticket just in case 2435144

I never had access to Spectrum for UDP. I have had a ticket open for a few weeks ago to get it enabled.

I still have access, but also I do actually use it.

Ok might have jumped the gun a bit, seems I can create Spectrum apps but that message shown is confusing me as I didn’t have that message previously and I’d expect that message to not be shown IF I do in fact have Spectrum access?

That message appeared to others, it’s weird.

Oh yeah, that text is there… Always has been. I just ignore it, I assume it is how they provisioned it for free?

Yeah it’s confusing as folks and I would think the access we have now is only a trial or not?

Indefinite trial.

I haven’t used mine in a long time, and it’s still there. No “Free Trial” message, though.

hmmm, so maybe I am on a trial? Or just the message is a bug in the dashboard :slight_smile:

Is Spectrum listed in your billing subscriptions list?

Nope.

UPDATE: But I do have several other Enterprise products listed in Subscriptions: SaaS, Load Balancing, Bot Management.

Yeah it’s not listed in billing subscriptions list at all for me too, don’t recall if it was ever listed though.

Might need to CC @cloonan on that ticket :slight_smile:

Yeah I’ve had the message for a while, it’s fine, it was just added to our entitlement.

I had this message ever since I became MVP, I was so afraid of using spectrum and being reached out by a sales rep :joy:
