What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

There’s nothing on my end to resolve.

DNS not responding/updating

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

1.1.1.1 hops to 141.101.72.52 and then to 141.101.72.29 which is where the packet loss occurs.
1.0.0.1 hops to 141.101.72.52 and then to 141.101.72.19 and is completely packet loss free.

The packet loss occurs at 141.101.72.29.
