Spectrum minecraft configuration

Hi, I seem to be missing the doc for this. Specifically,

  1. What port is Spectrum trying to connect to at the destination IP? 25565? 19132? Neither seem to work.

  2. Is there an IP range this connection is coming from that can be set up for firewall purposes?
