I want to have a custom configuration of cloudflare services… (like tls) only for one subdomain.
I saw I cannot create a account only for a subdomain, but I must use the toplevel domain account.
Is there a way to workaround?

The only way I can think of is using page rules, other than that I don’t think you can. I had the same problem but after a lot of searching, I finally found the solution in page rules.
TLS specifically would require either using a Worker or subdomain signup (the latter being an Enterprise only feature) to manage that setting on a per-zone basis.
