Specific Rule exception for specific path

I am new to Cloudflare and I need to make an exception for a specific rule for a specific URL path. I have done with a lot with other waf products for optimizing applications but I have not seen the exact setup with Cloudflare yet.

Instead of bypassing the entire protection for the specific URL, I would like it to bypass only on specific rule.

Someone else also wanted to find out I guess but there was no answer:

Ignore specific WAF rule when it is a specific Path

I have the following URL (https://*.example.com/support/uploadFile) that performs attachment uploads, but due to the WAF the sending of files with scripts (eg.: JS) is blocked. Is there a way to create a Page Rule or Firewall Rule just for this Path when the WAF Rule ID is 100173 and 100136B, and ignore this rule?

Looks like what I am trying to do, does not exist. I was also suggested bypassing WAF feature for the path.

Another recommendation was tweaking the sensitivity of the rules.
