Special Characteres in Google Search Engine

Hello friends,

When I activate cloudflare, immediately in the google search engine, my posts start showing with special characters in title and description… And my website starts losing positions

What would this be due to? I cannot activate cloudflare due to this problem, and now I will have to unsubscribe from the pro service…

On my website, the titles and descriptions and all my content is shown normal in Spanish … The coding of my website is ISO-8859-1

Have you tried using html code for the special symbols? My developer did something way back making it possible to insert html codes for symbols in our editor and showing the symbol when checking the title and meta description with a tool like SEOquake.
