Not sure if this is a Cloudflare issue but my Spark email app on Android gets and sends mail just fine except I don’t get notifications. It will not allow me to set notifications to “on”. It states “Notifications is Disabled” “Spark services are unable to connect to [my email address]. Please check your server firewall setting o contact you system administrator for further assistance.”
