Spam website linking to my website post using Cloudflare Ip addresses

Spam website https://bhjsmn.vip/ is linking to my website post using Cloudflare ip addresses and bypassing my Wordfence security plugins firewall as Cloudflare ip address ranges have been whitelisted.

Please advise on what I can do to remove this bad link.
