Cloudflare is showing my office’s public IP (the one used by my laptop to access the internet) as the source IP. the **source IP for all visitors (including customers who are accessing the site from their homes, phones, etc.)
What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
Checked that A records are pointed to correct IP and not to the office IP.
If you go to your IP on the dashboard and hover over the number, you can filter the results for just that IP address. What hostnames, URLs or other patterns are common from this IP address? That will help you find out why your office is making so many requests.
The requests are coming from that IP address, Cloudflare will not be logging requests from users from another IP under your office IP address.
Ah I see this is a continuation of an existing thread. Requests from end users aren’t being reported as your office IP address. As @sjr indicated you can review the logs and see the requests coming from your office… why those are coming from your office… perhaps your network admin can review the internal firewall logs.
