Sort Support Case Notes By Most Recent Descending


It would be nice if there was an option to sort support case notes by most recent at the top, rather than scrolling all the way to the bottom…and even more cumbersome when it’s a multi-paged case.


Not sure I understand what you are referring to. Is it a support ticket through our help center? The reply messages are appearing below the prior messages and not above?

I have to scroll all the way to the bottom to see the most recent update.


Now I see. I view from the agent interface and didn’t realize. Just tested and see what you mean. I’ll relay that feedback to the support team. Thanks!


An additional note. This is the way it is because our software provider engineered it that way. Looks like some others have logged similar complaints as yours. We’ll relay our feedback to them as well.
