Describe the issue you are having:
Trying to access a php page on our site to encrypt credit cards, it works in browser, but not from our FileMaker app. It was working for weeks until today.

What error message or number are you receiving?
Cloudflare Ray ID: 8599c98f4b03b3ce

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Was the site working with SSL prior to adding it to Cloudflare?

In your Cloudflare dashboard, go to the Security section: https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/:zone/security/events (if you have multiple domains, that link will ask you to choose one).

That will bring you to the log of firewall events. You can click “Add filter”, choose “Ray ID”, and paste that Ray ID into the field, which should bring up the event of you being blocked.

The details of that event will show what firewall rule was triggered.
